2013年7月20日 東京・書泉ブックタワー　台湾からやってきた、コスプレーヤーでグラビアアイドル、ヴァネッサ・パンさん（２２）。初めての写真集「クイーンズブレイド ＴＨＥ ＬＩＶＥ 不思議の国の闇使いアリシア　ヴァネッサ・パン ＥＤＩＴＩＯＮ」の発売記念イベントが開催されました。あだ名はパンちゃん。胸の部分が大きく開いた、戦士のようなコスプレで登場。

１９日に２２歳を迎えたばかりでサプライズのバースデーケーキをスタッフから渡されて喜ぶ場面もありました。

「（写真集は）全体はアリシアというキャラクターのコスプレのテーマ。台湾では露出度が高すぎてイベントでは着れなくて一緒にコスプレをする友達も露出系のコスプレはしなかった。」

おすすめの写真を聞かれると、見開きのページで２枚の写真を見せながら・・・

「こっちはナチュラル系でこっちは誘っている感じ。"２発"を一緒に並んで"いただいて"。これは編集長の"言い伝え"。これはイチオシ！」とパンちゃんらしい日本語で説明。

北京語、日本語、英語、ロシア語を操るパンちゃん。台湾では"カリスマコスプレーヤー"として活躍していました。

「コスプレ暦は１１年目。コスプレは自分の好きなキャラクターになりきることができるのが魅力的。今年はグラビアでがんばっていきたいなと思っていて、ちょこちょこ劇団とか女優の方向にいきたいなと考えています。」

「恋する暇が無いですね、今は。仕事をすごく真剣に見ているんで。３０歳になったら結婚を考えるかもしれない。」

まだまだ先の結婚について語って報道陣を笑わせていました。
